The zip is protected by a full-length wind guard for next-to-skin comfort and a protective zipper garage at the chin, paired with a snug high collar and adjustable hem to cut out those frosty south-westerlies. Two spacious hand-warmer pockets keep your digits toasty warm (secured with YKK zips), and there’s an extra zipped chest pocket for luck.
