RETURNS

If the item you want to return is in new, unused/unworn condition - including tags - and it's been less than 60 days since your purchase date, we will happily exchange or refund.

Return postage must be paid by the customer. We recommend purchasing tracking when you post the item.

Please contact us to let us know it's on the way and include the order number on all correspondence.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that abuse our unused/unworn policy.

EXCHANGES

Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and what you would like to replace it with. We will email you back with return instructions. Once your item arrives back in store we will send you the replacement if we have it in stock or we will advise if it can be ordered in. If a replacement is not available we will organise a refund.

For near-instant satisfaction, don't wait for your return to be processed. Just immediately order the item you actually want. That way, your size/colour won't go out of stock and you'll have it in just a few days - then follow the applicable return instructions above. You'll be charged for the new order, and we'll process your refund as soon as we receive your return shipment.

 

REFUNDS

Send us a message via the contact us page stating your order number, what you wish to return and that you would like a refund. Once your item arrives back in store we will process a refund for the cost of the item. Any postage costs associated with the order will not be refunded.

 

WRONG ORDERS

We try hard to not make mistakes, but if we do we'll make sure you're not out of pocket, in any way.

If this is the case, contact us and we'll walk you through the return process. We will ask you to pay for the return postage but will refund it along with the cost of the goods when we get them back.
