Sealskinz' original waterproof sock, with the added protection of Hydrostop™. They designed the Waterproof All Weather Mid Length Sock with Hydrostop™ to keep you dry and on the move in wet and chilly conditions. Wet feet can lead to all sorts of not-so-good things outdoors, including cold and numb feet, blisters, frostbite, and worse. This sock will keep you dry and warm in rain, snow, and mud, through stream crossings, and standing in leaky waders. We’re of the opinion that every person should keep a pair of All Weather Mids with Hydrostop™ in their pack—just in case.
TECHNOLOGY
Sealskinz pioneered the use of a unique hydrophilic membrane that's 100% waterproof yet pulls moisture away from your skin at the molecular level -- keeping you dry and cool all at the same time. With a Hydrostatic Head of >20,000mm and the addition of Hydrostop™ technology, which creates a barrier between your skin and the sock to help prevent water from coming in through the top of the sock, the socks stay waterproof under the toughest of conditions.
Please note that due to the close bond between sock cuff and skin, over prolonged use, some people may experience minor skin irritation due to the Hydrostop™ barrier rubbing against the skin. For those who experience any irritation, it's recommended that Hydrostop™ socks are only used outdoors and not for a prolonged period of time.

The 100% waterproof socks are constructed using premium materials and by bonding three layers together to make one highly waterproof and breathable sock:
Sealskinz don’t like complicated things. And when it comes to the care of your socks, they want to make it as simple as possible. This is the type of sock you can throw in the wash along with the rest of your gear. No need to line dry or wash with special detergents. Since the membrane is a solid barrier, you’ll never need to re-waterproof.

SIZING
The measurements below are your shoe size, so if you are a UK size 7 it's recommend you would be a size M (Medium).
If you are at the top of a size such as a UK 8 to 8 1/2 it's recommended you move up in size as the waterproof socks are thicker than normal socks.

Hydrostop™: Extra Protection You Need to Keep Going
In serious downpours water can bead up on bare legs and calves and egress into the socks through the top. So Sealskinzinvented Hydrostop™, a silicone-like (although it is silicone-free) elastic taping around the inside cuff of the sock. This added protection reduces the chances of water dripping down your leg into your sock. Problem solved.
